01 / UNDERSTAND YOUR READINESS
Prepare for your
fit & proper interview.
Review your experience, judgement and supporting evidence before a suitability interview.
Designed for management and supervisory board members and key function holders in financial services, this workspace helps you connect your responsibilities to practical examples, identify evidence gaps and prepare a clear account of your suitability.
Choose your role and sector, work through the relevant questions and download a preparation report for discussion with your organisation or adviser. The questions are independently written. This tool supports your preparation; it does not provide an official assessment or predict regulatory approval.
YOUR STARTING POINT
Build your preparation brief.
Choose your role and organisation. Your selection determines the questions; you can add the sector readiness module where available.
Practice styles use prepared prompts. No AI analyses or scores your answers. Sector readiness currently covers fund management, crypto-asset services and consumer credit.
Avoid names, customer information and confidential case details. Answers stay in this page's memory unless you download them. Closing or refreshing the page clears unsaved work.
Capture your answer, identify evidence and turn gaps into practical actions.
Your report records your own responses. It is not an official suitability assessment or an AI judgement.
Use the report to structure a discussion with your organisation or adviser.
YOUR PREPARATION BRIEF
Build a defensible account.
ABOUT THIS FRAMEWORK
Questions are independently written preparation exercises. The personal module addresses experience, reputation, independence, time and collective contribution. The separate readiness module examines selected organisational controls. Neither module is an official questionnaire or a complete compliance assessment.
This version cites six public sources: EFSRA suitability guidance, the ECB assessment framework, the Estonian Investment Funds Act, the Creditors and Credit Intermediaries Act, MiCA and the EU delegated regulation on CASP complaints. Public sources and scope notes appear beside each question. Current-law context was checked on 12 September 2026. Application depends on the institution, service and role.
Your responses are processed in this browser. Save a progress file to continue later; your answers are not sent to KÄHARI. Your selected sector, role and module are sent to load questions. A necessary two-hour cookie and Cloudflare verification protect the service; hosting and verification providers receive technical connection data. Do not enter names or sensitive case details. Progress is saved as a password-encrypted file. Reports can also be exported in an encrypted format and reopened here. Ordinary PDF, HTML and printed copies are not encrypted. Passwords are not sent to KÄHARI and cannot be recovered. Open-source notices
